There are a variety of hotels available and conveniently located within about 5-10 miles of the site for collegium this Spring. Most of these listings are from a AAA guide since I have stayed in none of them. Any comments listed are just what I have been told.

• Executive Inn Suites, (661)589-6600, 10614 Rosedale Hwy. (An older place which is supposed to be very clean and have quite economical rates.)
• Days Inn, (661)324-5555, 4500 Buck Owens Blvd. (2 star in AAA)
• Four Points by Sheraton, Bakersfield, (661)325-9700, 5101 California Ave (3 star AAA a bit more expensive)
• La Quinta Inn, (661)325-7400, 3232 Riverside Dr. (3 star AAA)
• Ramada Limited, (661)322-9988, 828 Real Rd. (3 star AAA)
• Royal Oak Inn, (661)324-9686, 889 Oak St. (3 star AAA, Pets Allowed)

In addition there are some additional places near I5 and Stockdale Hwy 13-20 miles away from the site. I know noting of these places, but they are probably cheaper, but primarily a truck stop.
